Acted as Director of Admissions for ten years.  Acted as Director of Admissions K-6 for seven years.  Acted as Director of Financial Aid for seven years. Served on the Financial Aid Committee for seventeen years. Represented Hackley at all admissions fairs, consortium meetings of ISAAGNY and Fairchester League of Independent Schools, and as a member of ERB, EARLY STEPS, Prep for Prep, REACH Prep and other professional outreach organizations.  Was instrumental in development of all admissions materials and created other marketing strategies. Reported to the Board of Trustees five times each academic year.

Taught Middle School and Upper School English and Middle School Social Studies.  Served as faculty representative to the Board of Trustees for ten years. Co-developed and wrote an award winning interdisciplinary curriculum for grades 5 and 6 that is still being used.  Acted as Assistant Director of Admissions for 8 years.
